Shipping policy

Shipping – we use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr as our standard postage for the majority of items sent within the United Kingdom.

From 29th August 2025 all deliveries to the USA may be subject to custom duties regardless of value and will not be allowed to enter the country until customs duties have been paid up front. Therefore we have decided to suspend any deliveries from 21st August until we can work out a solution.

Postage Costs - orders are calculated on their weight and size of the order and are shown at the Check Out stage.

Security – for security reasons, orders will only be sent to the confirmed billing address.
