Winter Solstice - Stonehenge Stripe

With this print the stripe runs across the width of the fabric, hence why we are only selling it in metre lengths to ensure you get a decent cut. I’ve worked out you’ll get 3 whole stripes per metre.
The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year, when the sun reaches its lowest point in the sky.
Since prehistoric times, this moment has been honoured with festivals and mid-winter rituals—celebrations of the turning point when the diminishing daylight reverses and the hours of sunshine begin to grow again.
Lewis and Irene have designed these prints as a nod to the Winter Solstice at Stonehenge.
Each fabric is brushed with metallic accents. As always these designs are printed on their high quality, pre-shrunk cottons from a sustainable source.
